Bug Description
Most browsers get a little disappointed when some content in an otherwise-HTTPS page isn't served over HTTPS.
sipb-noc should support https if it doesn't already (or XVM should just proxy the image requests), and the URL should use // instead of http:// to use the same protocol as the rest of the page.
