Bug Description
VTM/NeutronAPI.py clean_neutron seems to need an update for latest version of neutron.
namely it needs to deal with multiple heads and subprojects.

Do you happen to have any error output that shows which part of the clean_neutron is failing? Is it the db-manage calls?
Right now I just upgrade to head, but is that not correct?
