[Feature request] "Undo" after changing page.

Bug Description

When switching wiki pages, undo information is lost.

When rapidly moving text between different pages with cut/paste, the contents of the clipboard may be lost by carelessly copying new content. If one is still on the same page, a simple "undo" can restore the lost data. If one has changed pages in between, it does not -- the information is lost.

Thus I suggest to preserve undo- and redo-information despite page change. Undo-ing and redo-ing should thereby cause jumping to the page, where the change occurred.

I recognize the request, but afraid it is difficult to built.

It would be also great, if "undo" could restore deleted notes or moved pages.

Yep I think text undo is important one. I just came here to report the same.

Great application. The best I have seen for note taking until now.

I also would like if undo worked after returning to a page, but I understand why it would be difficult to implement (for efficiency, the text area widget is probably cleared/reused on navigation rather than keeping it around. There may be some GTK facility for preserving the undo information though)

I'd also like to comment that setting up the Version Control plugin with a short autosave interval (such as 1 minute) can largely serve the same need. If you need to revert a page to a previous version, simply go to File > Versions, select the page and version, and click "Restore".
