Bug Description

FEATURE REQUEST
Many simple editors have the ability to change case.
This would be a very handy feature for Zim and add nicely to the formatting options.

Usage examples:
* Where one has forgotten to use upper case for one of the heading levels, or a sub heading in some text.
* Capitalising adds another 'Heading' or emphasis option rather than use the Format - Headings or Strong, Emphasis or Mark.
* If after typing furiously you then realises that caps lock was on, you could easily convert to lower case.

You mean a keybinding to change the full selection to upper case / lower
case ?

Btw. for formatting headers, you may want to try out a different font via
the "styles.conf" settings.

Hi Jaap

Yes - change the selected text to upper or lower case using the "Format"
menu.
Thanks for taking to time to consider it.

I'd like to add to my last email, that this is not just for headings,
but for any text in Zim. Simply be able to select a string and change
the case, similar to Gnome's Gedit, see attached. Many other text
editors have this feature too.
