Comment 12 for bug 894852

Custom palettes work on Vehicles/Infantry/Building .shps just fine.
It requires having the palette in all theaters.

palette.tem
palette.sno
palette.urb
palette.lun
palette.des

Then in artmd.ini add palette=palette "without the theater ext."
and then it will work.
