Maybe an option like "CloseIn=Boolean" and a unit that way you could make a weapon that is high powered but low ROF used then the unit would close in with their weaker, but higher ROF secondary to finish the target off. This would also mean that ROFs need to be separate, as I believe in YR the weapons would share weapon cooldown time. (fires a high powered weapon, recharges it fully, then fires the rapid fire weapon; this needs fires a high powered weapon, closes in, fires rapid fire weapon regardless of high powered's recharge time)
