Related to issue #755 - I have a hunch that this is caused by something like issue (bug:754) so I recoded the check to account for those. It might slow the game down a bit though I haven't witnessed that myself.
Related to issue #666 - got round to testing the network event and a custom cursor! Success... kindof. Only immediate neighbours of the trench are counted as traversable, and what's worse, the selected structure itself is counted as such too - this causes an infinite loop.
