Bug Description
As of JDK 1.6, woodstox and stax-api are no longer required for using the StAX 1.0 API. The javax.xml.stream classes include this interface in the Java core.
Additionally, the Makefile.am for Evergreen Java includes a reference to an outdated version of json.jar as well as memcached.jar.
A branch will be forthcoming that removes the StAX dependencies and updates the json.jar dependency for Evergreen.

The branch fixes the issues with the java dependencies in Evergreen, and also updates the variables in Open-ILS/
Intalling it afterward is another story and should maybe get its own little sections in the README.
