Comment 1 for bug 1073329

The branch fixes the issues with the java dependencies in Evergreen, and also updates the variables in Open-ILS/src/java/Makefile.am so that openils.jar will build successfully.

Intalling it afterward is another story and should maybe get its own little sections in the README.
