Bug Description
When user is prompted to choose a city in the region 'Europe' they have a choice of 4 cities in Ukraine:
23. Kiev -> should be Kyiv
46. Simferopol - > OK
54. Uzhgorod -> should be Uzhhorod
62. Zaporozhye -> should be Zaporizhzhia
The 'should be' variant is the only correct transliteration from Ukrainian into English.

There seems to be a first step into that direction in version 2022b (still to be packaged for Ubuntu) https:/ /data.iana. org/time- zones/tzdb/ NEWS
