doesn't affect Allied though, most likely because it's not been moved in the list.

Maybe the Allies simply don't have enough space?

After actually checking the code, the only place this issue appears in is in low power notification code... If you're low on power, you will only get the EVA_LowPower notification if you have one of the three first entries on this list. The fix makes it work for all entries on the list. Sorry about the lack of information.

(Well what do you know, pd, turns out we did need further description, lol.)

could be because I was testing the "Deploying Vehicles with buildlimit" bug too, although I've seen the AI ignore buildlimits too, so yeah.

only happened once I modded the buildconst= entry.

BTW, the Non-Walled base is the original, the walled base has been built/deployed.
