Comment 8 for bug 659763

I've just tested my fix <https://code.launchpad.net/~mbp/bzr/whoami/+merge/55679> with my own gecos entry set to include unicode non-latin characters, and it seems to work ok. If not, please let us know. That fix will be in the next 2.3 release.
