[Summary]
Checkbox cannot resume the incomplete session

[Steps to reproduce]
1. Do the Stess test test plan and wait it complete
2. Press Ctrl-C to cancel the job
3. Close terminal
4. open another terminal to run checkbox

[Expected result]
checbox could resume incomplete sessions

[Actual result]
It show "There are 0 incomplete sessions that might be resumed"
