Seems only DEBUG messages, no ERROR messages.

You need to check your installed cinder version, or directly check the installed source code. The latest mitaka branch doesn't enable multiattach https://github.com/openstack/cinder/blob/stable/mitaka/cinder/volume/drivers/rbd.py#L391
