Unlike other menus throughout the system the right-click menus on the window title bars don't require an intermediary click to close them -before performing another action.

For example, opening the window menu (using right click) then clicking minimize, will minimize the window and leave a 'floating' menu in the middle of your screen. (See relevant screenshot.)

This behaviour is inconsistent with other environments.
