Did forget one other bug in my excitement. I did mention this with the earlier testing and am still seeing -- When you have the view for the entire system or consortium, those libraries with holdings are grouped first followed by those libraries with no volumes attached. And in consortia view, the systems are not in alpha order.

It is preferable to have all libraries in alpha order, whether they have holdings or not. This is UI issue and doesn't impact the functionality, from what I have seen in testing.
