Yes, I agree with Anna to restore this option. I was just trying to figure out where the transfer to marked record went as I also found this extremely useful when moving multiple items belonging to multiple libraries to a different record.
This was also the only way to transfer an item available to libraries when there still isn't the ability to transfer to an empty library. I always thought transferring items was a very infrequent function but have had two questions on it today and no answer except to use the xul client. I guess you don't know what you've got 'til it's gone.
