Comment 49 for bug 1855781

Testing today:

1) Still a problem from comment #8:

A few of the boolean fields can be NULL in the database. In the dojo UI, this was represented by dropdowns with the values "True", "False", and "Unset"/"Inherited". The Angular version doesn't give this option -- it only allows for True/False. Here are the ones that can be NULL:
* Renewal?
* Juvenile?
* Reference?
* Circulate?

2) In the modal: Under Linked Limit Sets > Circ Limit Set Name - fields squished together and misaligned; also, when adding a new one, the layout is visually confusing; also, this section was at the bottom in the old interface - not sure if that was an intentional change or not (screenshot attached)

3) In the modal: Under Record Editor: Circulation Matrix Matchpoint > Active - there is a "required" indicator bar but it is not aligned with the yes/no radio buttons (see screenshot)

4) It would still be valuable to be able to delete a circulation policy row, but that could be a separate wish list if it doesn't make it into this branch.
