I am having the same issue with a recent upgrade of Evergreen from 3.4.0 - > 3.6.1. Trying to build the node modules is also bringing up a build error for me at $EVERGREEN_ROOT/Open-ILS/src/eg2/

Schema validation failed with the following errors:
  Data path ".builders['app-shell']" should have required property 'class'.
