Steps to reproduce:
1. Deploy openstack environment(centos+gre+murano)
2. Log in WebUI
3. Navigate to Murano > Environments
4. Create environment
5. Add demo service in environment
6. Send created environment to deploy.

Actual result:
Deployment fails with the following trace http://paste.openstack.org/show/55636/
