Comment 7 for bug 1626072

Summary: we have an assumption based on logs that all fuel nodes was offline when yaql_graph was run. YAQL expressions in task and graph itself seems to be valid. Experiments with local env demonstrated us the proper behaviour.
It's recommended to pay attention to the testsuite timings and operations order.
