Thank you for your advice.

I'm feeling afraid to submit the patch to upstream, because I only have tested;
 - to build on ubuntu targeting arm-none-eabi,
 - and to run it on ubuntu,
while gdb supports a lot of hosts and targets, and cross-compilation hosts.
I'm not so sure if it works properly on different hosts, or for different targets.

I think I should prove the patch works at least for this package before submitting to upstream.
Could anyone help me to try or review the patch?
