"the image publish policy should be enabled to prevent non-admin users publishing images"
There is no 'image publish' policy. Should 'image publish policy' read 'publicize_image policy' or something else?
When you say 'publishing images' do you mean 1. marking images as public or 2. both marking images as public and sharing images or 3. just uploading images? Thanks.
