Hi Øyvind, can you provide a screenshot for this (or even better, a video)? I don't understand how this can happen: IRC doesn't require any authorization (not even a password!), it only requires that one chooses which IRC network to connect to, and a nickname.
I just tried on my machine, and I didn't see any request for access.
