Comment 10 for bug 414689

Hi Naga,
thanks for looking at this bug.

When in frozen state, the hp toolbox reports the printer as Started/Processing, then if I hit refresh it pops up a message that says: "Device comunication error (5012)"

I tried to put cups' log level to debug2 but it doesn't start up, when set to debug it starts, and here is the output
