indicator-datetime 0.2.95-0ubuntu1, Ubuntu 11.10

1. Open Time & Date settings.
2. Choose "Set the time: Manually".
3. Set the time forward a few minutes.
4. Move focus out of the time field.
5. At a terminal, enter "date".

What happens: The computer time has not changed.

What should happen: The computer time has changed.
