Comment 0 for bug 1223026

I want to use inkscape on windows 8 64 bit, Pentium Core i3, current version of inkscape. The program starts correctly, but several functions do not work correcly. I can't zoom by using String + mouse wheel and some buttons do not react . I have tried several compatibility modes with no success.
