Ok here is the first time I have caught a bug outright. I apologize for not
having a "before" version. I didnt see it till way too late for that.
the process is fairly simple.
I start with a simple element( a line or a polygon) , then duplicate it.
modify the duplication somehow by rotation, resizing, union, difference
etc... sometime multiple changes occur but rarely more than 2 . I am
including an svg that has 2 objects. 1 is a bitmap copy the other is the
original form where I saw the bug.
I am using a samsung satellite with windows 7. browser is chrome (if that
even counts).
Inkscape version is Version 2, June 1991, I just downloaded this recently
to see if other things would be fixed but unfortunately I haven't got back
to those yet.
