Bug Description
It seem the icons for some menu items are missing so a placeholder icon with a red X is showing in stead at least for these items and maybe more:
Revert
Undo
Redo
Preferences...
I'm using Windows 7.
And it happens in both Inkscape 0.91 r13725 and Inkscape 0.91+devel (inkscape-14225).
