OK, I have some news: by building inkscape inside the .src.rpm with this command, it successfully builds and runs:

/usr/bin/cmake .. -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX:PATH=/usr

I'll attach my diff to the Mageia src.rpm checkout soon and I'll continue bisecting.
