Comment 8 for bug 168648

It would be nice if the tools toolbar gets such a expand button like horizontal toolbars have, this is the one which helds vertical size back.

Horizontal size seems to be held by statusbar. Something from this list should simply disappear when window is resized. For example, the rightmost diappears first (zoom and x;y position, then description field and so on).
