A small amount of animation support will be needed if
Inkscape is even to implement the complete SVG Tiny
specification.
If Inkscape had animation support it might add so much
complexity to need to split into a 2D drawing and a seperate
Animation App so this could potentially be a massive task.
I think if we want to see more progress on this though we
will need to break the task down into several smaller more
managable chunks.
