This is a very good idea, because this would make Inkscape
more popular among designer and specially webdesigners
creating layouts in photoshop. Inkscape would then be the
"first step" in creating web graphics that would then be
"enhanced" in a bitmap editor (photoshop, imageready,
fireworks, photopaint...)
Also, this would make Inkscape more "professional", since
PSD is de fakto one of the standards (among tiff and eps) in
desktop publishing (Adobe Indesign users will agree with me.)
