Comment 2 for bug 171731

My friend James was just suggesting to me that I request a feature so
certain nodes on a path have a higher or lower z-order than other nodes to
make celtic 'woven' patterns FAR easier than currently - so i'd say there's
plenty of merit to this feature and maybe it should be bumped in priority.
