Comment 0 for bug 214172

I use Ubuntu 7.10 and Inkscape 0.46.
When I open the application, I can only use the tool bar on the left and if I click on the top tool bar (File, Edit etc), the window goes up and down repeatedly. Everytime I click on the bar with the mouse. I think it's because of the excessive height of the window, so when I click the tool bar on the top, the program tries to let me see all the windows element and it hides the top of the window under the Ubuntu traybar.

I think this is an high priority bug, because I can't work with Inkscape.
