Inkscape 0.47+devel r9249 on OS X 10.5.8

Regression: Extensions installed in '~/.config/inkscape/extensions' no longer can find the modules in the system extension directory (e.g. 'inkex.py'). This worked without problems in previous revisions - without explicitly adding the path in the python script.
