1. There are 3 conductors:conductor-1,conductor-2,conductor-3
2. first,I turn a BM console on, then conductor-1 start a shellinaboxd progress which use port 5900
3. second, I create a BM instance,then log in the BM instance system in web window.
4. then, Waiting for minutes, the web window will be closed when _sync_local_state was called on conductor-1, because the shellinaboxd process was stopped and started by the function _sync_local_state.
