OK, so really this isn't actually finished.

To be completed, it needs:
* Nick to be parameter
* Nickserv password to be a parameter
* Channel(s) joined to be a parameter
* Tests

Parametrizing protocol (MSN/IRC) or ruleset (D&D/Hero) is beyond the scope of this bug.
