Hmm we might want to do some more steps here w.r.t password saving. Some situations where entering a new password is required:

* You change the calendar name (the realm changes, new password prompt on restart)
* Isn't it annoying when you have a lot of calendars on the server that actually do have the same password? You'd have to enter the password for each one.
* What about digest auth? IIRC they use the realm name as part of the auth challenge?
