I believe I am also experiancing this bug, but I am not able to use the workaround. I get the following error, even with sudo:
$ echo on > /sys/devices/pci0000\:00/0000\:00\:19.0/power/control bash: /sys/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:19.0/power/control: cannot overwrite existing file
Is there a kernel or module paramater I need to enable change of this?
Thanks.
