After an upgrade from Lubuntu 18.04 to Lubuntu 18.10, I now have 2 network icons. One is on the far left (next to my Bluetooth icon) with a monochrome style, and the other appears on the far right. It has the same icon, but appears to be larger, and also brings up a menu on left-click (which the other doesn't).

I suspect this is the upgrade bringing over some baggage from my old installation.
