Just Adding references with OVN DHCP working tests in TripleO zed:-

The required ovn commits[1][2] for baremetal booting are available in OVN-22.06, ovn-baremetal neutron docs[3].

OS:- CentOS 9 Stream
ovn version:- 22.06.0-16.el9s
ovs-version:- 2.17.0-62.el9s
