It can be confusing especially for periodic tasks who share common fucntino calls with operation tasks like VM creation. For example, the periodic task of _heal_instance_info_cache shares the common function call of _get_instance_nw_info with VM creation. It sometimes hard to tell wherther logs generated by _get_instance_nw_info are those of the VM creation task.
Anyway, of course, there always alternatives to solve the problem such as using other identifiers. However, I do not understand why to abondon the useful function of request id in the new version Q of OpenStack.
