@Andy Finch: If the patch removes the warning, but the problem is still there, isn't that a bad idea? At least before we'd have an error message to give us a hint about what is going on.

I think the root issues of this bug are:

1. OpenShot gets borked by a system clock change
2. OpenShot is easily installed but does not uninstall cleanly, making a simple reinstall useless as a fix.
