Assuming you have xtrabackup 2.1.3 installed on destination host as well, this is an issue caused by incomplete fix of lp:1068470

        $excluded_files = $excluded_files . '|' . $doublewrite_file;

This doesn't handle full paths of doublewrite_file I think.
