The dim on the manta is much more harsh than on flo and mako making it seem like the device is locked, if you hit the power button to unlock you actually lock it instead.

Possible solutions:
1. Figure out why it's fade is some much darker than flo or mako
2. Raise the brightness on manta for the dim.
