Default language detection for localized swatches fails

Bug Description

I'm using swatchbooker 0.7.2 in spanish language. The UI displays the right language but localized swatch books display the swatch names in german, even when they contain the spanish localization.
One example of this behavior is the RAL Classic book retrieved from the web (which, btw, seems to hang swatchbooker if I open it directly so I had to save it as sbz with Convertor in order to use it in swatchbooker).

Well... this is rather a missing feature... I don't know yet very well how to deal with multilingual swatch books in the application UI.

As of now, for the multilingual fields, SwatchBooker shows the default value (<dc:title> for instance) and if there are any translations (<dc:title xml:lang="es"> for instance), the "l10n" button becomes bold. You can click it in order to see the translations.

It's not very effective but I lack ideas for making that better...

Changed in swatchbooker:
importance: Undecided → Wishlist
status: New → Confirmed

Olivier: I think that just auto-selecting the translation that matches with the general UI language would be enough.
Take RAL Classic book as an example: The first translation (which is displayed in the name field) is german, but there are others available. I guess that autoselecting the translation that matches with the application language would be a better default.

My concern is then how to edit... where will I find (and/or display) the default or language agnostic text...
