Comment 3 for bug 1497303

This is a rather critical issue leading to a lot of missed messages, I hope the developers will be able to fix it soon, sound and indicator notifications should appear at all times regardless whether Telegram is opened but screen locked, opened with screen unlocked or Telegram "closed".
