Bug Description
I'd like to package twistedchecker for Debian; having a setup.py and an actual release would make this easier. I already have the beginnings of a setup.py which I will try to attach to this bug later, but I'm currently having some unrelated technical issues preventing me from doing that.

Currently, twistedchecker requires:
1. pylint >=0.25.1 with logilab-astng >= 0.23.1
2. pep8.py 1.0.1 or >=1.3.3
Im looking forward to create a page on Twisted's wiki to describe how to install and use it.
A setup.py would make the installation really easy.
