Bug Description

Starting 16-Oct-2023, the Mate Weather Report applet v1.26.0 is unable to retrieve weather data.

Tried changing to different geographical "locations" all with same result.

Ubuntu-MATE 22.04.3 LTS

Current conditions not updating. Ubuntu Mate 23.10 Weather Report panel app 1.26.0.
